I've been growing oyster mushrooms for almost two years now, indoors on plastic bags of wheat straw, seeded with mushroom spawn. This year (4/29/2009), I'm starting to grow several other varieties outdoors on logs. I've also been a hobbyist mushroom hunter for about a decade. I love mushrooms, and I love to chat about 'em.
